Shipping Costs & Destinations
· We offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
· No shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
For International Orders:
Shipping costs for orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada) are calculated based on item weight. The shipping rate will be automatically applied at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Please refer to the following weight-based rate chart:

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping Time
· In-stock orders: Typically ship the next business day, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
· Tracking numbers will be provided within 5 business days.
· A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.
· Primary carrier: UPS. Please allow 3-10 days for tracking updates.
· For pre-orders/backorders, check the shipping date on the product page.
· For third-party shipments, additional tracking details may not be available.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Shipping:
· Order Cancellation: 8% processing fee.
· Address Change: Free of charge.
· Replacements & Exchanges: Free of charge.
After Shipping:
· Order Cancellation: If the package has already shipped, you may reject it upon delivery. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
· Address Change:
o If successfully updated: $20 processing fee.
o If unsuccessful: Reject the package upon delivery, 10% reshipping fee applies.
· Replacements & Exchanges:
o If successfully exchanged: $20 processing fee.
o If unsuccessful: Reject the package upon delivery, 10% reshipping fee applies.
Order Tracking
· Registered users: Track orders in your account dashboard at wekapo.com
· Guest users: Track your order using your order number here.
· For further assistance, contact support@wekapo.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
Lost or Missing Packages
· If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 3 business days.
· After 3 business days, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for further assistance.
